Just the perfect size for the fireplace wall that we are building. Fake wood inside makes it more realistic than crystals. The only one that I dont like is that its a little noisy. This is so beautiful. Just what I wanted! I did not use the bottom piece because I wanted the fireplace to be shorter than the window. Assembly of the mantle was straightforward. I ordered the 50in linear electric fireplace for my bedroom and I love it. This is the second electric fireplace I have gotten and the other one I got was by a different brand and while I really like it, I like this one even more for its very subtle controls. I had to really zoom in so you can see them. From standing height you cannot see the switch and you cannot see the blacked out controls on the face of the fireplace. We will keep the cabinet (since we put it together) and buy a more realistic fireplace, but really, really ugly. Even without the lights, the backdrop looks completely cheap. A beautiful solid piece. There’s a remote for lighting and for fireplace itself, great feature if you don’t want them both on at all times. Assembly was easy and straight forward.
