The Fused Floral collection by Portuguese artisans begins with clear glass cut into desired shapes. Using templates, artisans layer colored sand onto the glass, creating intricate floral designs. After layering, a second clear glass piece is added to form a sandwich. The assembly is then carefully kiln-fired at high temperatures, fusing the layers and producing exquisite floral art.

I love the rich colours of these napkins. Will be a nice addition to my tabletop during the fall and winter months. However, the size of the napkins is discouraging. It is hard to fold them into a regular size. They are square rather than rectangular (which is what I am used to.) I will keep them and make them work as I love the rich print.. Beth. London, ON.
