The shower head system seemed like it would be a great replacement for my older filtered shower head. The set was shipped in a well protected box. All of the parts arrived perfect! The install was easy, but I was certain that I had the connector for the hand held shower upside down because the handheld shower was just below face level. I don't think the hand held shower should be mounted so low. There must be a water saver in these two shower heads because the water comes out very low pressure. I do like the location of the button for the power sprayer and it is great for when I am cleaning the shower. I do appreciate the filter, my hair has never felt cleaner!
