It arrived in 3 boxes; one came 3 days later than the others, but they sent an email letting us know this would happen. Assembly was a chore, and the written instructions are cryptic at best (confession: didn't watch the video). Also some of the barrel nuts had been thrown loosely in the box, separate from the sealed parts bag; we didn't find them till we were breaking down the boxes. However, despite these issues, once assembled, we really like the bed; good quality materials, folding from bed to couch works very well, and the bed is quite comfortable with an 8" mattress.. David. Frame came in three separate packages, all delivered over the span of a week by FedEx to the wrong address. Challenging assembly made more difficult by mislabeled parts, but after four hours of frustration, the futon looks great. Solid frame, relatively easy to maneuver.
