Being a novice fixing a drawer, it took me a bit to figure out how to separate this into 2 parts for install since there were no real instructions. I eventually figured out that you just had to forcefully yank them apart as their is no lever or catch for release like most drawer slides I've dealt with. After that, it was a simple install. I did have to search for flat small screws to install as they are not included with this slide. The only down side is that you have to pull so hard that it actually pulls the attached slide off the bottom of the drawer since there is no way to attach it tightly to thin wood bottoms. It seems sturdy enough, but we will be careful with this file drawer and never pull it fully out again...Not much left to reattach it to. So I totally misread and misunderstood what this was completely. I thought it was a drawer divider and in actuality it was a drawer slider. Thankfully, I do need a slide but I have to cut it down to fit the space. Seems solid, doesnt have any hardware but I have a lot of extra screws and nails around from other projects, and it came in a crazy big and unnecessary box so felt that that was a little wasteful.
