I have nothing negative to say about this except that it is a foot shorter than most of the other pergola I was looking at. Its fine because none of us are 7 feet tall but the other ones are all around 8 feet tall like a ceiling. This ones only 7 feet tall. Other than that its very sturdy. My husband and I actually put it together by ourselves and we use the boys, our teenage sons, a couple times to help lift it and move it I would say overall it was pretty easy to put together just ted. This was perfect for us and just what we were looking to add to our back porch on a tight budget. Took about 10 hours for us to complete with two people taking our time. Love that the kit includes extra hardware, so no worries if you drop and lose a screw, washer or small part. We attached it to our fascia but made sure to find the roof beams to screw into. it feels very solid once assembled and secured to the concrete footing, it doesn't shake or move at all. Couple of things to improve on or be aware of: 1. Some of the holes on the roof don't align when assembling, so we had to tap some additional holes, at the corners of the tin sheets you are trying to line up 5 holes. 2. Instructions were sufficient, but could certainly be more detailed, with larger/zoomed in images of how things line up...just more instructions and images would have been helpful. 3. be careful when assembling the cross beams of the roof, the screws tie into rivet nuts which can loose their grip if forced or too over tightened. Tip: apply a sealant over the screws on roof as you assemble the roof, we did not and it definitely leaked at the screws even with the plastic washers, so we have had to go back and apply a sealant around roof screws, wish we had done that as we assembled the roof. Also seal existing unused holes if you need to new holes in case they don't line up.. Robwells. Celina, Texas, United States. Wed Apr 15 2026

Good customer service, but delivery took a while We ordered this pergola in July, and it was supposed to arrive in six packages. A couple appeared to get lost in transit and had to be resent, and we were still missing a few pieces once the boxes arrived. I believe we received the final package in September. Thankfully, everyone we dealt with was helpful and easy to work with, and they sent the missing items fairly quickly once we contacted them. My husband and I assembled it in roughly five hours. A third person would have made a few steps easier, but we managed just fine with the two of us. Overall, it meets our needs and provides some shelter for our outdoor seating area. The delivery process had some hiccups, but customer service handled them well, and the finished pergola does the job.. Ann. Louisville, KY. Sun Oct 11 2026

Im somewhere between 4 and 5 on this. The packaging is horrible so many parts were damaged. Wayfair gets a 5 out of 5 for getting replacements ordered for me quickly. The replacements were packed just as poorly so some got damaged as well but they sent extras so it was not a problem. Sent from the manufacturer so none of that is Wayfairs fault. Instructions were just okay. Not always super clear. Some bolts really wanted to cross thread. Im happy with the look and function. Its not going to keep every drop of water out in a storm but itll do an adequate job. It could be a little sturdier but I dont think you can find better for the price. Im telling everyone about Wayfair customer service. I expected to have to contact the manufacturer myself and be lucky to get a response. Blown away when Wayfair handled it all parts were shipped within a day or two.. Kasey. Sun Jul 19 2026
