This Heavy duty Gazebo Replacement Canopy is made of a parachute type material. Seems to be a durable material. The zippered window covers roll up and stay up with velcro. The door zippers roll up easily, and also has a velcro attachments. The problem was installing it. The pitch of the roof, for our frame was to high, which caused the sides to be to high to install properly. We suggest 4 people to install, as the wind was causing the cover to blow up into the air.
