I live in a little ornate Victorian here in Eureka, CA, Zone 9b. So I was surprised to find this wonderful Victorian birdhouse on Wayfair. I'm 78 and arthritic, so I'll have to find a nice young helper to put it up on a tall post, but it will spotlight the historic nature of Old Town and its detailed Victorian architecture. My house and garden will be on Eureka Heritage Society's Annual Home and Garden Tour in June of 2027, and my recent Wayfair purchases will draw folks to the back corner bird sanctuary designed by Wayfair sellers of birdhouses, birdbaths, bird feeders, wind chimes, and weather vanes. This charming freestanding birdhouse is sure to draw your feathered friends – as well as compliments from guests and family members. The house is made from bronze and has a red painted finish that’s been purposefully distressed for a weathered look. The pagoda-style roof is unfinished metal with an aged patina that adds to the vintage appearance. We love the bronze-colored detail over the door, the perch, and the elongated decorative finial on the top that adds height and visual interest. This birdhouse is weather- and UV/fade-resistant so holds up well in the elements.

Cutest hanging birdhouse. We’ve had it for awhile and it’s holding up outside in our Florida heat. We get many compliments on it! Love the color and cute roof top!. Kimberly. Largo, FL. Sat Aug 08 2026
