The description said that this was an order of two chairs. I was charged the full price, delivered one, and not informed of any back order issues. I had to notice the problem myself and contact Wayfair support who attempted to push me towards store credit before giving in and completing my order. Why was there no communication on this? I am pretty sure that seeing as how most of your customer support and ordering is all without human interaction a trigger could have been hit to let me know the mistake had occurred or at least not charged me full price. This is a heavy, well-made chair. The poly boards feel thick, the frame does not flex, and it sits firmly once it is together. The recline is comfortable and the seat is generous. It is also much larger than I expected from the listing photos, so measure your space before you buy. I have assembled several of these poly Adirondack-style chairs. These were the worst instructions I have used. You essentially get four low-quality drawings. I had to figure most of it out myself. The one useful part is that you can usually tell which screws belong on each step. If you have put a lot of these together, you will get through it. If this is your first one, expect some frustration. I am docking a star for the hardware finish. Some screw heads are recessed many are not. The leftover silver screws stand out against the navy boards. Recessing the rest and adding caps, or using paintedcolor-matched screws, would be a cheap fix and would make the chair look finished instead of half-assembled. Love these chairs.. however they are identical but the first one had a set of instructions and was difficult to put together .. the second one had a different set of instructions that moved the steps around that worked so much better!
