Wow!! I love this. I spent two weeks watching YouTube videos on how to drill through tile and was able to install this lovely grab bar in my shower without cracking any tile. I bought a ($$$) Franklin Sensors Stud Finder, located stud placements and SLOWLY drilled Milwaukee carbide bit 1/8" lead holes then 1/4" ones through tile (not through grout lines). Just do the first one-side hole, put screw partway in using level to locate first hole for opposite side. Screw the bar partway in to locate other two holes to drill for each side. Use Silicone to seal well to prevent water from getting behind your screws and behind the outer chrome covers, leaving a small space at the bottom for any drainage behind them.. Margret. Hudson, FL.
