Since 1946, Baldwin hardware has delivered modern luxury to discriminating homeowners, architects and designers through superior design, craftsmanship and functionality. Bridging several design styles popularized in the late twentieth century, contemporary design focuses on lines, shapes, and forms. Edges are soft and rounded, surfaces are simple, sleek, and unadorned. Contemporary design changes with time, but always has a current feel that emphasizes lines - vertical, horizontal, curved or straight. Less is more, spotlighting color, geometric shapes, and architectural features. Versatile and striking, satin black features a deep, solid-matte black over sanded brass adding intrigue to any style.

Sealing strips effectively prevent dust and rain from entering the garage, keeping it clean and dry. They also deter small animals like mice and insects from entering the garage, preventing them from nesting and causing other damage. Sealing strips also reduce noise when the garage door closes, minimizing disruption to the surrounding environment, especially at night or early in the morning. A good seal reduces wear and corrosion, thereby extending the life of the garage door.
