We got this for a Murphy bed (also purchased on Wayfair) so we could easily store it when the Murphy bed was not in use. We are VERY happy with this mattress! It has a thick, Jersey fabric covering it which makes it so soft. The mattress itself is very comfortable and not at all like a stiff, hard foam. This sleeping mat is actually pretty comfortable. The foam is dense enough to add a good amount of support without being too hard. It has a nice anti-slip bottom so it stays in place. It is a little bulky when folded up but I still plan on using it for camping. We have a few foam camping beds that I paid a significant amount of money for and I have a feeling that this will be the bed everyone fights over when we camp. This foam mattress is definitely best used over another bed-like surface over the ground. It will slump on the ground, so you can still feel some stiffness when used on the floor. It is plush, soft, and folds easily. One issue we had was that our mattress came with one of the foam pieces folded over itself, so it had a bump in the middle instead of laying flat. The blue color is much more of a black navy blue, which I prefer, so that was a nice addition. I would recommend it more for child-use than adult-use, but worked for my needs.. Brittany. Oakland, CA. Comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. I was able to trim the size of the mattress to fit the slightly odd size of the bed space in my camper and the cover hides the adjustment.
