The directions were terrible, the illustrations tiny, and as a result we had to take it apart and reassemble because we put the bolts in from the wrong side. We had one piece that wasnt threaded on both ends like it shouldve been. We called the Customer Service number, but the person we finally talked to ended up asking us about our home security system. It fits in a 2 foot space and allows me to hang clothes to help keep the room neat without being obtrusive. I bought two. The only issue was the pieces were not labeled as the direction booklet said. So it took more time to put together then originally anticipated. But if you take your time, and have the right tools it is easy to put together. I did need two people overall.
