The box this came shipped in was super thin and all torn up. I would think that the manufacturer would ship this large item in a heavy-duty box, and it shipped in two boxes. It has a control board problem on the outside unit. It will not power on. When you message the Wayfair resolution support you have to wait till 7am on a weekday for them to respond once, answer them, and then wait till 7am the next weekday for them to respond.
