Its a sphere that looks like the moon. It is made of an excellent water-resistant material. The size I chose is quite ideal for a large garden, where you place it will look very elegant and modern. Its really realistic in the dark while lit up. Two levels of brightness. States to not allow water to accumulate at the bottom of the base where the mother board is located. I thought from the written description that it was 50 lbs, not so much. Its about 3 lbs. The remote to operate hours on, on and off, and brightness level is cool.
