Extremely well made! Very nice and I’m sure it will last me a lifetime! Love the fact that I can use it on my ceramic top stove as not all griddles do. It’s very heavy! I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. I have both and find that ceramic non-stick just doesn't offer the same non-stick performance. So I will keep using this as long as I can.. Julie. CA. Wed May 27 2026
