This pan is a perfect size, about 10-inch diameter. Looks nice (dull red as advertised.) While the advertisement says hand-wash recommended, the instructions say it is NOT dishwasher-safe. So that is more of a warning. Consequently, this pan will take a bit more maintenance than others to maintain the nonstick finish. UPDATE: pans lasted only a year-18 mo before needing replacement.. I like the skillet with lid however the skillet is 12 inches whereas the description says it has 11 inch cooking surface. It is also not as deep as I had hoped it would be. The description says it’s over 5 inches in total. They must be including the lid in this measurement because it’s less than 3 inches in depth.
