Outdoor Captains Chairs

This patio armchair borrows inspiration from the classic Adirondack chair design – except this one isn’t made from wood, but from a plastic/resin material that is resistant to fading and water, as well as splitting, peeling, or rotting. What that means is that you can count on this chair to hold up well to inclement weather conditions. We love that it comes in an array of colors, giving you the option to match or complement your existing design scheme. Create a conversation area on your patio with just a couple, or consider a larger set to surround your dining room table. Partial assembly is required; all tools are included.

Sit down for a nice meal and relax afterward with our enchanting Set of Two Patio Folding High back Dining Chairs. Crafted with durable, all-weather HDPE material, it is resilient to outdoor conditions with UV and fade resistance, making it the ideal material for protection against the elements. Lay back after an amazing meal with the reclinable backrest, which has four different positions, adding overall comfort and turning this outdoor dining chair into the perfect camping chair to relax in. Once mealtime is over, simply pick up the chair and fold it for easy storage, making cleanup a breeze.

The chairs look great but there were a few issues: We ordered these in "natural" but what we got was "teak" (more reddish and not even a choice when we ordered). We purchased these at the end of the season when stock was low, and actually like the teak, so all is well. There are several reviews about about "reasonably intelligent" people having difficulties assembling these... and you can count us as two more. The instructions are fairly straightforward but getting the first step wrong can turn the process into a HUGE headache if the left and right connectors aren't positioned correctly (you might get lucky on your first try, but we didn't, and had to take everything apart, figure out the problem, and start over). The key is to make sure the gray rubber pad on each connector ends up on the BACK of the chair rear leg. Fortunately, we were cautious after reading about frustrations in previous reviews so only had to reassemble one chair. You'll be happy with the results if you get everything in the right place. Photos are attached showing the correct placement of the connectors (we wish the instructions showed this).. Ingrid. Fort Collins, CO. Wed Oct 14 2026
