The piece itself is very nice but the bolt that is in the bottom of the rod needs to be removed and then put back in attaching it to the bottom plate. The towel rack matches the toilet paper dispenser. It was a little pricey but the quality is good and it is heavy and won't get knocked over. This stand is solidly built. It stands firmly where you put it due to the weighted bottom. The arms are positionable in 360 degrees and they stay put--they don't move around even when hanging a towel on the arm. Each arm is strong and does not bend at all with the weight of a full-sized damp bath towel. I can hang a bath towel on the bottom rung without it touching the floor.
