The piece is very nice. It was shipped twice with broken glass, which was disappointing. However, customer service was very good / helpful, and they sent the glass separately. This is the statement piece I was looking for to set off the front courtyard of our new home build! We’ve gotten so many compliments on it. I was going to order another, larger lantern but it was out of stock so I bought this one and it ended up being big enough for the tall ceiling and the quality is really nice.
