I'm in love and I want everyone to know it. At approximately 25 inches in diameter it is a good size for a medium room and it may be one of the prettiest things I've ever seen. The install was not as difficult as some have said. But take your time attaching the glass bubbles. This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. Without exaggeration I have removed and replaced at least 100 light fixtures in my time and this has to be one of the easiest I ever have installed. The domed canopy cover on the fixture allows for it to be easily attached to the mounting strap on the outlet box so you dont have to struggle trying to tuck excess wire into the junction box. The fixture was easily installed in 5 minutes. My only problem was with the globe style shade. It does not fit over a standard size bulb. I knew that from reading the reviews and had purchased the bulb recommended by other reviewers. Unfortunately that didnt work either. I had to resort to a standard base candle type bulb. The fixture will only handle 40 w Max so do not depend on this fixture for more than ambient lighting. I still love the style and it works for me. I consider it a good value for the money.. Sandra. This product has made me realize that there is a thin line between Love and Hate. I can truly say I my feelings putting all the little individual pieces together was long, tedious and very annoying.
