This light isn’t fully what I expected once installed. I used it to update my mud room lighting. I thought it would be more flush against the ceiling, but it isn’t designed that way. The directions were very poor but I’m somewhat familiar with installing light fixtures. I like the rope texture of the light, and the large size, and how much light it gives off, but not the ceiling gap. I unfortunately don’t think this light will remain permanent in my mudroom.. Jenny. It is made very well, easy to install to an existing light port you already have, the material is so beautiful and the fullness of all the globes on the one base is amazing. We live at the beach. It is perfect for our beach bath ceiling but I think if you ordered several of them you could use them on the ceiling of an entrance hallway all the way down hall. It would look amazing!!
