This was a great find for me. Package was delivered timely and packaged securely, so there was no damage to the product. They give you an additional two glass globes just in case you break one while installing lol. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. The Brink Semi-Flush has an interesting shape that looks well designed compared to other lights at the same price point, but the painted natural brass finish up close is cheap looking. However, it isn't in a main area of our home and I don't think it will be noticeable from the ground. It also had a scratch where the paint came off that I will need to fix with rub n' buff..
