I'm a 67 yr. old petite woman and I just finished assembling this cabinet by myself, using only a screwdriver and it took me about 3 hours. It's very well made, instructions are easy to follow, but I did see the complaints about the difficulty with the doors, but I did not have a problem with the doors. Be aware that if your TV is 55" like in the photo, once you position it on the cabinet the TV legs will hang off either the front or back of the cabinet. This is a very nice Tv stand made well was not hard to put together. Lots of storage space. The way our Living room is set up the only wall the TV could be hung on was over the fireplace and that would have been too high. So, this stand is just what we needed for our 70" TV. I love the plug in and charging station feature on the top very convenient. The only bad thing is the light feature. It is as if it were an afterthought by the manufacture. They are small light strips that attach to magnets that are stuck on the inside top of the cabinets. They have to be charged and then manually turned on no remote control. Couple reasons I purchased this because I knew it would hold my new 65” TV and I liked all the storage which are the positives. But the main reason I picked this one over others was because of the pretty light/medium wood color. I understand that pics can be a shade or two off due to lighting and such but this is SO much darker than advertised. It matches nothing in my new apartment. I took the picture in the middle of a very sunny day and the TV stand is right next to my glass patio doors so you can see how dark the wood color actually is. The price wasn’t worth the hassle of shipping it back, having to find something else and waiting for it to come in so I kept it. Now I’m just going to have to paint it a lighter color myself which is a pain. It only comes in the walnut and white, had I known how dark it really was I would have ordered the white so hopefully this review helps someone else. This entertainment center is perfect. I was using an oak hutch and it took up alot of space. I have a 75" tv on this entertainment center and its holding up fairly well. The tv feet hang over the edge a bit but not enough to be a problem. The LED lights are pretty and customizable. We even had room to put out pups water bowl in one of the larger bottom cubbys. She approves! The only issue we had was with the screws not lining up correctly with the wood. We were able to still install them but it took a little more work. Have had this in bedroom across 4 different apartments and love it. First time I purchased it I hired someone to mount it because I didn't want it to fall, but then the next time was able to do it myself with a friend helping. And after that, was able to just mount it myself but it takes a little longer. If you plan to put this somewhere unconventional (i.e. not a living room where wall studs are often found in more areas where you'd possibly put a TV up), I'd just double check to make sure you know where you're putting it and if you'll need to purchase heavy duty anchors separately. Also you won't really be able to put any media or entertainment systems on it like a traditional TV stand as it's not big enough, but you're buying this for the aesthetic not the functionality..
