I really like this tv stand! It was not super hard to put tougher, just takes some time! Instructions are clear, thank you Wayfair! It’s very pretty and looks so nice in my living room! My only complaint is that the wood scratches easily. If i could change one thing, it would be that it had some sort of protective finish on it to keep it from scratching so easily. Also, the very back panels were slightly warped, but you can’t see them, and it’s not a huge deal. Everything still fit together pretty well on the back. I was very surprised how well this went together, everything was fairly easy and smooth until I got to installing the door hinges. I figured it out though and it looks great. The fireplace comes with a remote so you can either have the fireplace on for visual purposes (no heat) and I enjoy using the electric fireplace during these winter months. Cons item arrived with scratches and some damage (pictures attached). I spent over 500 on this TV stand and was disappointed from the amount of damage there was. The fireplace comes with the clear stones and THREE “logs.” This did not look like the picture when I purchased this. My husband ended up ordering more fake logs to help balance the fireplace out. This media console is just the perfect addition to my living room. I chose the whitebrown so it goes with everything including the kitchen table that I got in the same colors. I had somebody put it together for me and it took him about an hour and a half. Even though the fire is artificial, it casts a nice warming, comforting glow and has sounds to go with it. First of all I love it! I could not believe though that the shelves were not made of clear glass so the lights illuminate both the top and bottom. So I bought two 11X14 picture frames, cheap at the dollar store, and used just the glass and the frame as shelves. They fit perfectly. I then used one of the wood shelves as a base for my subwoofer.
