Love the Green House but don"t ask how the shipping went - give it a 1 - missing boxes, had to re-order and then that started a whole other experience from HELL. then don't ask how their customer service went from there, TOTAL DISASTER. Gave a 4 star because the Green House is very nice and didn't want to ding it for other issues. Otherwise it would be a rating of a BIG FAT 0. Becky. TX. Mon Dec 29 2025

Quality of the parts were good. Part labels were either missing or unable to read as the ink was almost the same color as the wood. Some of the parts were mixed in all 4 boxes. So it is advisable to inventory every part and add the missing labels. I could gave built this in less than 6 hours if parts were labeled better. One person could build this greenhouse by them selves.. Jim. FL. Thu Aug 13 2026

The final product I am happy with, however the instructions could be made much better, all there are is pictures and no documentation. Putting the roof on was quite a challenge getting everything to line up, but after 2 days I finally completed it and am happy with the results. Good value for the price.. Stevencalkins.
