Love this shelf for our toddler's room. It's incredibly sturdy. Very easy for my to put together by myself, though an extra set of hands would have made it even easier. The shelves are at a fixed position. I think this is what makes it so sturdy, but a little bit of a bummer it's not adjustable. The height between shelves is a bit too short to store the traditional storage "cube" bins. This is a beautiful wooden shelving unit for kids toys. It can fully assembled without damage which is impressive because the box was wet and dented. The unit comes with caster already installed. Due to the casters and the lip on the top my 12 month immediately wanted to climb it which was very scare. For toddlers this definitely needs to be secured to the wall with baby-proofing straps so the wheels are less relevant. Overall this is large enough for lots of toys and books and is attractive!
