It definitely takes 2 people to connect the seats together, other than that, its was eacy snap in for the chair backs and connecting the electrical components. I've was searching for new furniture and went to 2 local stores and there was no comparison. Most important, I waited until the price was reduced by $500. The couch is a great addition to our living room. The power button feature is easy to use and lay the recliner into sleep position. Product is good but has a couple issues. The fabric is soft, the color is accurate and overall I like the loveseat. However, be aware that the reclining mechanism is spring loaded so can be difficult to close when sitting in the recline position and there is no positive locking of the reclining position. It stays in place by your weight being in the chair. Also, to relcline fully you need a lot of space behind the recliner. The center section doesn't move with the recliner so that's another drawback. I mean, not a big issue but does block conversation between the seats. Overall, I probably would have opted for a different model with power had I known these issues.. C. Armuchee, GA.
