This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. This was my second attempt at getting a new recliner. Had to return the first one I bought so thought I would give Wayfair another shot. I’ve bought a few other things from them and was happy with my purchases. With this recliner we were off to a shaky start with getting it assembled. I purchased the assembly service via Wayfair and the first appointment was canceled after I had already cancelled an important appointment so I would be home. They don’t ask what is the best time for you, you’re just given a date. The second attempt I was called and asked if we could reschedule and I so no. He managed to keep the appointment and once he was at my house everything turned around. The gentleman who assembled the chair was so nice! He was prompt and professional too. Now I’m in love with this chair!! It’s so comfortable and does everything, massage, heat, cup holders, lifts to aid in standing. The material is buttery soft. The chair came in two pieces. I couldn’t lift the base out of the box, 70 year old female, so turned it over and lifted the box off. Dragged the base into the living room. I’m sure my back will feel it tomorrow. Attaching the back was easy. It reclines well enough. Really wanted it for the rocking and swivel. I’ll report back in a few months about longer term comfort. Set up defiantly took some time, while it comes with “tools” it is best to have some real ones. Took about 1 hr and 45 minutes to do with some help, some parts were hard to tighten well and that was the only “hard” part. But over all pretty easy. And now that it is fully set up it works great.
