Loved that the chair is all black, love the vinyl material, that it is strong enough to hold me (275 pounds), that it isn't heavy and has the handle on top, is comfortable, fits under the desk beautifully, slides well, but there is a down side as well. Chairs need to have a seat height option of at least 20-22 inches for some who experience knee issues (I hope Flash Furniture sees this). Hence the lower star rating. Great for comfort for sitting for a long time. The material works well with the gaming table where I have them. The only negatives are around assembly and potential future issues. I don't like that there are no marks or pilot holes for the screws so you have to eyeball it and hope you are putting all the backs at the same height.
