If you can get past the price, this is a beautiful piece. It's unique, very stylish and very heavy! It adds an upscale look to pretty much any room/entryway. But we never rest when we’ve identified a fantastic idea so we have created a line of furnishings that we have framed these life-like creations. The Cast Root Silver Framed Small Console Table is an example. It is made of composite that has been molded to look like a piece of aged wood it took nature eons to create, then covered in a brilliant silver leaf finish and surrounded by an iron frame. This piece is the perfect representation of the Phillips Collection ethos: modern organic. Because both sides are finished, it is one of our sofa tables that can come out from the wall.

Once the tree is harvested, the remaining stumps must be removed to make space to plant replacement trees. In the past, these pieces would be harvested and then burned to dispose of them. Today we use these tree stumps and trunks to create beautiful, handcrafted pieces for your home. Coloring, cracks, and shapes will vary between items. Suitable for indoor use only. This item ships fully assembled in one piece. Due to the live edges of the piece, each is unique, so no two products will have an identical pattern, shade, or cut. Maximum weight limit is 100 lbs. Handmade of solid walnut wood, one piece of the wood tabletop. Walnut wood is warm and rich in color and finishes well. Walnut is a fine-grained hardwood that is dense and shock resistant. It polishes to a very smooth finish, and the color ranges from creamy white in the sapwood to dark chocolate in the heartwood. Over the years, natural walnut wood develops a lustrous patina. Walnut furniture can easily last a lifetime with proper care and maintenance.
