Our higher dome ovens such as the Lisboa and Venturas ovens are rotisserie capable. In the back of these ovens there is a metal cap insert that the end of the spit rests in. Simply skewer your favorite piece of meat and rotate it as it cooks beautifully in your wood fired oven. A great advantage of using pizza oven rotisserie is that it guarantees a more even roast and faster cooking time.

Well known for achieving flat, crisp, cooked-to-perfection bacon, the King Kooker Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Pig-Shaped Bacon Press is also useful for grilling hamburgers, sausage patties, and paninis. Cast iron construction allows for even heat distribution, eliminating cold spots. Use the press on the stovetop, over an open fire, and on a grill. It comes pre-seasoned and ready to cook!

Looks pretty cool. Sadly the screws attaching the handle don't fit flush. One screw is very close the other is not so it doesn't sit correctly as the head is slightly bigger and not smooth on the underside. Will run out to hardware store and get other screws and it should be fine. D2usher. NC. Thu Dec 25 2025

This is a fabulous plate made of Himalayan salt that can be used for enhancing the taste of hot or cold foods. For cold foods: Place salt crystal plate in the refrigerator for one hour to chill. The salt will retain its temperature for 2-3 hours. When chilled, you can serve salads, fruits, vegetables, sushi and desserts. For hot foods: Place salt plate in oven or grill at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Once the salt plate is hot, place food on it and put it back in the oven or on the grill. The salt plate will cook, sear, and season your steak, lamb, fish, shrimp, or other food at the same time. To clean: Simply wipe the salt plate with a towel. No additional cleaning is required, since the salt plate is antiseptic and antibacterial. Do not soak or leave in water. Follow all safety instructions, do not overheat. Natural cracks in the salt are common. The salt plates can be used many times.

Lock in the juicy flavors and create a caramelized crust with the smashed burger kit! This ultimate burger set includes 1 cast iron burger smasher, 1 stainless steel seasoning shaker, 1 solid spatula, and 100 restaurant-grade hamburger patty papers. Place a loosely shaped ball of meat on your griddle, top with a patty paper, then use the burger press to push down until it touches the griddle. Remove the burger press and patty paper, then use the shaker to season the meat. The edge-lip of the burger press keeps all the flavorful juices locked into place. The patty will have a nice caramelized layer on the bottom, so make sure you scrape under the patty with the included spatula before flipping it to keep that crust intact! Classic smashed burgers are usually topped with mayo and American cheese, but with this kit, you can make your own creations at home! Enjoy the taste, texture, and juiciness of a homemade smashed burger that will amaze your family and friends with this product.

This is NOT what I was expecting, this is WAY better. I really love the fact that it's all freeform and not size prohibiting. The seasoning shaker is an added bonus.
