Good solid wood but it comes with so many screws and if you don’t know what you’re doing, you’ll have a really hard time. I’m pretty good at building furniture and I would say this isn’t for beginners to build. Every now and then I would have to stop and really look at the pieces and holes. Some holes were drilled unnecessarily or there would be something slightly off but if you know what you’re doing, it does work out in the end. I also had some help with this piece and it took 1 hour to build. Also, the dents in the shelf only allow for 2.5 pairs of dumbbells. I bought 3 pairs so far and only 1 dumbbell will have a holder for each pair. A bit interesting but overall cute if you’re going for a certain aesthetic. Also, fedex sent the box to my neighbor’s which had to lug down and up the stairs. Anonymous. Tue Apr 07 2026

The allure of a pure wood product is that no two-grain patterns, textures, or colors are identical. Wood is affected by soil contents, climate, growth patterns, and many other factors. These wonderfully unique features will ensure a one-of-a-kind look for your remodel.

The bench is beautiful. I love Wayfair. Its the instructions that suck. Though the right side drawer if off a bit, but I will handle that. Seriously!! I have built so many things from Wayfair. When I started ordering furniture 2 years ago the instructions and how the screws and bolts were identified was awesome. Now they are all thrown in a bag together. Not marked, The instructions don't help identify them. Half the stuff that you MUST use is not in the instructions, you have to guess where to use it and how. Its ridiculous. Thank goodness I have built enough stuff to figure it out.. Toni. Cedarville, IL. Tue May 12 2026
