Are you choosing to live a healthier lifestyle? Start where you spend the most time, your office desk. This ergonomic standing desk gives you the option to sit down or stand up and move about the office with its rolling casters. We all know that sitting for hours is an unhealthy practice, but with long workdays it has become more common. Standing helps strengthen leg muscles, improves your balance and promotes healthy blood flow. Standing even burns more calories than sitting. The pneumatic lever allows you to easily adjust the height with minimal effort. When preparing to work you should adjust the computer desk so the surface is at the most comfortable position for typing. Move freely with four casters, once you're ready to work lock the two front casters. Achieve a healthier way of working with this contemporary, versatile sit and stand computer desk.
It's exactly what I needed. Doesn't take up too much space, relatively easy to put together, height adjusts easily, sturdy, large enough for my laptop plus a bit of extra space. It was more than I was originally intending to spend, but was well worth it, since I will be working from home.. Robin. Florham Park, NJ. Sat Aug 29 2020
