This couch overall is decent but definitely not my favorite. The chenille fabric feels soft, the off white color is nice, and it was simple to put together. When first getting I let the cushions expand on their own but ended up opening the zipper and doing the pillows and backrest cushions by hand as they didn't fluff out fully on their own. The couch overall is very firm and I could see the back cushions shape not holding up over time. The seat cushions are deep making it ideal for lounging and the backrest and height of the couch is low so not super ideal for support when you want to sit and talk to others. One of the seat bases came warped which cause some issues when putting together but we were able to make it work because we didn't want to deal with a return process. This sofa is entirely made from foam, FYI. The photos are deceiving and look like a solid based, but it's not. That made it look a feel a little cheap. It's also lower than the measurements state, so make sure you have no problem getting up from a low sofa. It also had an awful, chemical smell to it that may have gone away over time, but I returned it before I found out. FYI for returns, they will try to get you to put it back in a box, which is impossible without heavy duty vacuum packing equipment...because it's a couch. lol Eventually, they allowed a product pickup for return for me.
