This is day 2 and it's definitely firmer than it was yesterday, it's a deep couch and as a bigger person I can sit criss cross on the actually sofa part not the chaise. I'm 5'3 and if I sit all the way back the headrest fits perfectly to me so if you're tall, may not be the best option. Shipping though, the boxes came a little beat up, and there was a hole so a pack of hardware screws for one of the headrest is missing which explains the photo below which was taken as soon as it was set up.. There are a lot of pros and cons with this sectional. the pros... Very easy to set up, they just snap into one another, not super big.So it fits well in a smaller area. each cushion has a zipper, so you can wash the cushions. I love the fact that you have storage underneath for pillows and blankets. The Cons. there is a top cushion that goes on top of the main cushion, and this moves every time you sit on the couch, it should be secured with valcro. the actual back of the sofa should be higher.There is no head support the back of the couch.Comes to where your shoulder blades are. if the back of the couch were higher, it would be perfect. very quick shipping.All seven boxes came within days of each other and I loved the material. it's a little hard, but I'm assuming that's because it's new. This would have gotten a 5star if the right upholstered set came to us in full. Half was beige 1 and the other half was in in beige 4. Had to call and ask for slip covers to match the intended ones ordered....but when they came, it still didn't match with the originals so I had to call and get a whole new set of covers sent so they all will match. Whatever you do, tell them to note that the set all matches to avoid this. if it does happen to you, ask for entire slip cover for all 8 seater to be replaced to ensure they all match.. Ha. Florida.
