Omg, I was doubting about getting this couch because reviews didn’t show pictures, but here is an honest review. Shipping was amazing, I was called 2 times before it came, one when he was heading this way and another one when he was here. The couch in general is amazing, fabric and cushions are so soft and it is loungey but you don’t sink into it, so it doesn’t make it easy to stand up but still VERY comfortable, all cushion covers are removable and can be washed which I think it’s the best specially having a pet or kids. This modular sectional is absolutely stunning! I was incredibly impressed when it arrived, and it looks even better in person than it does in the photos. I initially paid extra for professional assembly, but once I unpacked everything, I realized it was much simpler than expected. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out how everything connected, and after that, assembly was a breeze. In fact, I canceled my assembly appointment because it simply wasn’t worth spending the extra $100. I was able to put the entire sectional together by myself, and I’m a small woman, so I think most people will find the setup very manageable. My only minor complaint is that some of the pillows arrived with a few smudges or marks on them, likely from handling during packaging. It seemed as though whoever packed the item may not have been wearing gloves. Fortunately, the marks were minor and didn’t affect my overall satisfaction with the product. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase. The sectional is beautiful, easy to assemble, and exceeded my expectations. The only reason I docked a star was because this was a bit slow to ship. After ordering, it was on hold for about 6 days before I started seeing any movement with it. This ottoman is much much bigger than I thought it would be both in size and height (my fault for not checking measurements) and it isn't a shade of grey I was looking for. This ottoman is much much bigger than I thought it would be both in size and height (my fault for not checking measurements) and it isn't a shade of grey I was looking for. We're using it for the time being because it is very comfy and my dogs like it but we will probably look for one better suited for our living room. One of my favorite purchases from Wayfair. It is beautiful, it is SOO comfortable. It really is like a cloud. I chose this for our second floor living room because it is able to fit through a stairwell and through a standard door frame with no trouble. My preteen and I unpacked it ourselves. Last time I had a sectional in the same room, we had to repair damage from moving it to the door frame and to some walls. I never thought I'd be able to have another large sectional in that room again after we removed the last one. Then I heard about boneless sectionals. It is the perfect solution for tough to get to spaces. I have three children and no fear that they can ruin it because stains come right out with mild soap and warm water. Very happy! Very easy to dismantleconnect by yourself. Huge plus all covers can be washed or dry cleaned. I gave it 4 stars as I received someone’s half assembled return without the open box price, and the fabric can tear easily. Great value sectional couch. The fabric is high quality and the color is a deep rich blue. It is well constructed with solid parts Set aside a couple of hours to unpack each component and put everything together. It wasn't a difficult build but it was pretty time consuming. The delivery wasn't great as they left the 4 four ~100lb boxes sitting in the driveway vs setting in the house so you will also want to have a dolly on hand.
