This is day 2 and it's definitely firmer than it was yesterday, it's a deep couch and as a bigger person I can sit criss cross on the actually sofa part not the chaise. It's lower to the ground so like some of the other reviews said if you have knee problems, I would pass but otherwise so far it's comfortable. I'm 5'3 and if I sit all the way back the headrest fits perfectly to me so if you're tall, may not be the best option. Shipping though, the boxes came a little beat up, and there was a hole so a pack of hardware screws for one of the headrest is missing which explains the photo below which was taken as soon as it was set up.. My only wish is that there were some built-in connector to keep the modules together, like the metal brackets some sectional sofas have. Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option.
