This was worth waiting for. Beautiful lines, and nice and firm. It's hard to find a new sofa that won't look anachronistic in a vintage 1930 home, but this does the trick. A pleasant surprise is that it sits a little higher than I expected. The fabric is soft to touch, and it comes with two matching square pillows. I'm delighted with this sofa! We really love this couch! We added it to the play area in our basement but wish we would’ve used it as our main couch now. The cushions are so soft and fluffy, it’s seriously one of the most comfortable couches I’ve sat on. Usually it takes time to break a couch in but this one was comfortable from the start. The back cushions and seat cushions are all removable and it also comes with the two throw pillows shown. It’s not super heavy so wasn’t difficult to move and seems to be made very well. Couch is extremely well made…all fabric seams are straight and frame is solid. It is firm for seating but not unforgiving or uncomfortable..I feel it will hold up well. Fabric is a blue gray pillow ticking and high quality. I sprayed with Scotchgard but think spills would roll off anyway.
