The Seat Belt Black rocking chair is one of many offerings in this contemporary seating collection by award-winning Thai designer, Nuttapong Charoenkitivarakorn. The design was inspired by the intertwining spools of fabric seen when visiting a seat belt factory. Nuttapong’s striking chairs are easily recognizable by the braided backside and stiletto profile. The straps are woven on a frame made of wood that is reinforced with metal. There are monochromatic and two-tone versions, each of which is available in many colors. We offer custom color matching for quantities of 16 or more, and the Seat Belt comes as regular-height and high-back dining chairs, rockers, and ottomans. All of these reflect the ethos that the Phillips Collection personifies: modern organic.

The delivery was fast but I had to send chair back. I went to rock in chair and chair fell backwards with me in it. I hit my head on the back door. Couldn’t get up. My husband had to turn chair sideways in order for me to get out. Not safe for adults. So forget about it being safe for children. Carolyn. Garner, NC. Thu May 14 2026

I only gave one star because the cushion is absolutely terrible. It is waterproof, which I will confirm; however, the padding is ridiculous. You can feel every single bar the moment you sit on it!! Also, the chair reclines too much even when you are not sitting in it. We made sure everything was assembled appropriately, and there is no way you can sit in this chair without feeling like you are going to fly out of it backwards. Absolutely disappointed with this purchase.. Holly. Fri Aug 07 2026

The ultimate Patio Chair in comfort and tranquility, this rocking chair, designed by Innit, will lull you to sleep before you can even say "siesta".

This chair is fabulous. Aside from some major shipping problems--I ordered it on 4/11 and it didn't come until 5/2--I'm so happy with this chair. Wayfair's customer service was fantastic--they gave me a credit for the shipping snafu and were very helpful through the process. This chair was for my nursery for breastfeeding, so I was getting very anxious that it wouldn't come in time and everyone helped to ease my fears. The chair was ridiculously easy to put together--there's literally two pieces--and light. It came in one very large box. It has a nice rock motion, as well. I am 5'9" and have really struggled to find a rocker that my head could rest back on instead of hanging off the top. My head perfectly fits into the top of this chair, which I'm thrilled about. I can lay back and relax with my baby. It's also very comfortable. Much more than you would think. The "fabric" is actually plastic, but it is designed so well that you would never know it wasn't actual fabric. I can easily rest my boppy on my lap to breastfeed and I did purchase a small ottoman to put my feet up on. In resting position the chair leans back a bit, but it's still easy to get in and out of because it is lower. I hope this is helpful!. Sara. Middlebury, CT. Wed May 04 2016

My kids enjoy it a bit more than I do. The rocking motion makes it difficult to get in and out of without the chair shooting off behind you ;) Other than that it is as described.. Jessica. VA. Mon May 18 2026
