This catio is great. It’s pretty roomy, and it’s cute. I live in a townhouse, and don’t have anywhere for my cats to be outside, so this worked out for me to be able to give them a safe area. I cut a hole, and connected a kitty tunnel from the catio, through the doggy door in my pet gate, at my front door. Now they can come in and out, as they please.. Anonymous. Thu May 07 2026

Had potential and is attractive but assembling this is awful (few pre-drilled holes, mislabeled parts, poor instruction labels, not enough hardware) and the “weatherproof” product buckled within days of sitting on my deck. Tried to get support and replace the warped part but would have to start over with a new one or disassemble and return this one for refund.. Alcora. Silver Spring, MD. Thu Sep 10 2026

Update after 2 weeks it is already warped and falling apart in areas. I’m beyond disappointed. I bought two with the two tunnels to connect. . Theres were for three outside cats I feed at work. They are already warped and pieces broke easily. My son put up a frame around doors because the opening was large enough for the cats to possibly break through. He also took the ladders out because they broke and had stapes out to hurt the cats he put hammocks in instead. I wish I got a more expensive one instead of two of these. Please don’t waste your money.. Denise. Louisville. Mon Jun 22 2026

Tough review to write. It was a lot of work to assemble. Many hours. I had to buy extra chicken wire and zip ties. But I think it's great. In the yard, I could have staked it, but on the deck, I'm using landscape bricks at the four corners - my patio table with an umbrella has blown away in high winds. But the roof is easy to remove if I know strong winds are coming. I think it's plenty sturdy, it should last years compared to the cat tents we've gone through. So not perfect, but I'm very happy to have purchased it, and I would do so again presented with the same choice.. Logan. La Crescent, MN. Sun Apr 12 2026

But that doesn’t mean that your indoor-only cat can’t enjoy the outdoors. A practical solution is getting a catio, which lets your cat go outdoors and enjoy plenty of fresh air while still being safely contained. If your indoor cat is bored or spends lots of time looking out the window, he might enjoy a catio.
