So far it's a great cutting board. Definitely have to follow the care recommendations for the initial oiling and seasoning for the first week or so. Loving this cutting board for several reasons. It is a great conversation piece and looks great on my small kitchen island. It is the perfect size. It has side handles for easy transport while loaded. It is constructed beautifully. The craftsmanship is top notch. It works great as a cutting board and cleaned up easily.
