Iron Frame Day Bed

With the overwhelming success and positive feedback of our Benches and Armchairs, we have added a patio swing to round out the collection. Crafted from durable metal, each bench swing is hand-painted with a distressed finish making every piece unique. The juxtaposition of the simple straightforward design of the seat with the flourish and heart shapes formed by the stand and accent details creates a truly stunning piece.

This was the perfect addition to my new garden. I liked the height and vintage feel to it. As a woman, I was able to put it together and install it myself with the help of my daughter holding it during one part. It took me a bit though to realize the bolts and nuts were already on the swing to loosen when I was looking for an extra bag with the parts. Because as we know, install directions are not always the most descriptive. But otherwise, you need to make sure it’s level for the swing to stay center. At first mine wasn’t but I put a small stone under the back of one of the legs and now it’s perfect. Also, it comes with faux scratches to give it that vintage look. But that’s part of the charm. I’m loving having my coffee on this swing every morning!. Slk. Jacksonville, FL. Sun Mar 31 2024

I'm giving 5 stars for Wayfair's customer service when things weren't right. the thought of sending this back made me frustrated knowing it would be a pain. So we set out to do our best. This product had issues from the beginning. Missing several holes for assembly. Luckily my hubby is handy and was able to drill the holes and we used other screws to assemply. It required lots of patience and muscle to put it together because things didn't line up exactly in several areas. Now that it is together it is very nice and strong. I contacted Wayfair Customer Service- used the chat explained my experience and they fairly compensated me whicih is what I was hoping for. The item was delivered without the seat cushion. When I contacted Wayfair customer service, I provided a screenshot of the original product listing and photos and was told that the item did not come with cushions. This was not disclosed anywhere in the product information/specifications when we purchased it - all the photos included the cushions. After I raised the issue, Wayfair completely updated the product page and photos then attempted to say that the cushions were clearly listed as not included. I have timestamped screenshots of the original listing showing otherwise. Wayfair then offered a $100 credit toward purchasing the cushions, despite knowing that $100 would not be sufficient to replace them. I have now been waiting for over a month for the replacement cushion or even a meaningful update on when it will be delivered. I let our account manager know several times that the cushion had to be delivered this week as we have a wedding and the swing has been mounted outside the bridal suite. We are also a business with a commercial Wayfair account, and this experience has been particularly disappointing. The way this issue was handled, including changing the product information after the fact rather than acknowledging what was originally advertised, has left us extremely frustrated. The issue was reported the day the iteam was delivered, I provided documentation, and I have followed up multiple times. More than a month later, I still don't have the missing cushion or a satisfactory resolution.. Emma. Wed Sep 16 2026
