This twin-size daybed comes with a trundle that makes it ideal for smaller bedrooms and offices. Made with a wood frame, it features a modern sofa-like silhouette with flared arms and an arched back, all upholstered in 100% linen with a neutral hue. Foam filling cushions this bed's edges and brings a plush feel, while the bed surface comes with a slat kit, so it supports a twin-size mattress without the need for a box spring. Best of all, the trundle is just right for hosting overnight guests. To complete it, just add two fitting mattresses.
So the reviews were right and this daybed is for sure much bigger than I imagined. But eventually I imagine it working out in the long term. I purchased this for my 3 year old son and want this to be his bed for years to come. I ended up going with the 12” Twin Xl for the top which even with that, still left a very slight gap as others mentioned. If this is just going to be a guest bed then anything less would be fine and just cover it up with some throw pillows. But if you plan on using this as an everyday bed, I personally think anything less than 12” would be too short. For the trundle I just went with a 8” regular twin mattress and that fit perfectly. Other than that, it is a really nice and comfy looking daybed that would work with almost any decor.. Jacqueline. Wappingers Falls, NY. Mon Nov 29 2021
