My husband and I spent 45 mins shoving the largest piece into the bottom. We rolled on the floor, literally. Sat on it, laid across it. One stuffed while one zipped. Finally we made it fit, all the while rereading the instructions. We got the sides and back in, only the realize we screwed up!! It took less time to unstuck it and do over correctly. I must say the quality of the seems, zippers and material to withstand what we put it through without ripping is astonishing. Of course my one dog after being afraid of ot thought it was for her. Really nice and comfortable. A little disappointed the two pieces are connected by any means other than being pushed into each other. It is nice though that the cushions are together and can’t be removed. The lack of connection between the two side isn’t too bad though since the bottom has grip to it and does NOT slide.
