Ok let's talk chairs! When using in a rental upholstery is a nightmare and solid would is so heavy. The bottom is equipped with anti-slip rubber pads to protect the floor and maintain stability. Ok let's talk chairs! When using in a rental upholstery is a nightmare and solid would is so heavy. I wanted something with cushion, not bulky, easy to wipe off and would fit and move nicely in and out around the table. These are the chairs you want!
