On your website it shows red cushion covers as RED. When they arrived they were an orange/red which I hated. Had to make at least 10 calls to you guys to get it corrected. Every time I called there was a different story. One person even told me I would have to send the whole patio set back for a refund and repurchase it. There was absolutely no common sense. It came to the point when I asked if this was A1, as I could not believe the service. VERY frustrating. Finally a lovely person called and took care of everything. Changed the covers to blue, which I appreciate, but it never should have been so complicated.. Sandra. Etobicoke, ON. Mon Jun 22 2026

This was very time-consuming to put together, and instructions were missing for the pieces that did not have arms. Fortunately we were able to find directions online. The set is decent for sure. There is a cover that comes with the set but you have to put all the pieces together and the table in the middle in a certain way to use the cover. I bought three individual covers instead. We will see how the set holds up overtime. Have not used the propane fire pit yet.. Dana. Lisbon, WI. Mon Oct 12 2026

The pieces in this collection were SO easy to assemble! They are not very heavy, and feel really durable. I was looking for a smaller-scale seating collection for my patio - and though I initially thought I wanted teak - this set is absolutely perfect. The style and proportions of each piece are ideal. The color of the wood reminds me of cedar and looks amazing against my white home while also complimenting my black aluminum dining set. I will likely change out the cushions as they are not the color I really wanted and they don’t provide as much cushioning as I would like. They are absolutely fine though - especially considering the incredibly low price for the set.. Heather. Branford, CT. Sat Jun 20 2026
