A stout resin chef in a white toque, blue jacket, and red plaid neckerchief leans against the black round base — left hand raised to present a cake on a platter, right thumb pointed up. A wooden dowel rod rises from the center of the base and holds a standard paper towel roll upright and ready to tear. Practical countertop storage that does not look like a utility item. The painted details are specific enough to notice: a yellow layered cake with white frosting, a red cherry, and green garnish on a black platter; a red crosshatch pattern across the neckerchief; glossy black shoes. At 11.6 inches tall, the holder fits under most upper kitchen cabinets without issue. The flat black round base sits steadily on the counter — no tipping when you pull a sheet off the roll. As shown across five lifestyle images, it works on white modern kitchen islands, French country countertops, Mediterranean-tiled surfaces, and cottage countertops beside the sink. A housewarming or hostess gift that is practical on day one and still there on the counter a year later.

This cast iron paper towel holder is an excellent way to add a bit of functionality to the decorative pieces of your home or kitchen. Its weighted base ensures that this holder will not tip over. This item is a perfect addition to any bathroom, kitchen, dining room, covered patio or living room!
