When space is limited, the half umbrella provides the same great shade and features as a standard umbrella, flush against a wall or side of a house. The easily tilts front to back with a simple push of a button and easily closes with a turn of a knob.

Pretty good umbrella. One of the few half umbrellas with adjustable height and tilt (somewhat) that I could find. I have experienced the same problem as other reviewers in that if I open the umbrella according to the instructions, it wont stay open. Once I realized that I should open it from the back, pushing down on the center piece (see picture), rather than pulling down on the bottom rails, I was golden. Try opening it like you would a rain umbrella and make sure it clicks into place firmly. Otherwise, the size and shape offer us flexibility. We even open it and leave it vertical to block our large picture window to keep out the heat/sun (see picture). Want to buy another to cover another angle/patio door, but they are out of stock.... Beat the heat in style with our Patio Umbrella with Integrated Misting System—the ultimate outdoor cooling solution. Combining expansive shade, a powerful yet quiet electric misting pump, this umbrella transforms your patio, poolside, or garden into a refreshing oasis even on the hottest summer days.

Love how big the umbrella is and it was easy to put together…the only reason for 4 stars is because the misting nozzle is on TOP on the umbrella and I can’t feel it while I’m sitting under it…a lot of the water just pools on top of the umbrella and then dumps every so often. Other than those things I love it…I ended up buying another misting system that I can just clip on to the umbrella and take it off easily too!. Heidi. Knoxville Tn. Sat Jul 04 2026

Effortless one-hand crank operation, a sturdy steel pole, reinforced ribs, and safety pin make this umbrella both convenient and durable. Ideal for patios, decks, pools, and gardens, it combines style and strength to enhance every outdoor moment.

I got this 15 ft patio umbrella from Wayfair because I needed serious shade for my backyard, and honestly, it does exactly what I needed it to do. The size is impressive. It covers a large area really well, especially over a patio table, chairs, and part of the surrounding yard. In Florida sun, that matters. This is not a tiny decorative umbrella pretending to help. It actually creates a usable shaded space. The umbrella itself looks really nice once it is up. The neutral color works well with my yard and patio setup, and it has a clean, simple look without feeling cheap or flimsy. I also like the double-sided design because it gives much better coverage than a standard round patio umbrella. The crank handle makes opening and closing it pretty straightforward once everything is assembled and standing. That said, this thing is heavy. Very heavy. That is good in the sense that it feels sturdy, but you should absolutely expect some effort when setting it up. I was able to get it together, but getting it upright was not exactly a delicate one-person activity. I would strongly recommend having two people, especially when lifting the umbrella into place and getting it stabilized. This is not something you casually pop up while holding an iced coffee in the other hand unless you are secretly training for a patio furniture strongman competition. The base is also important. Because the umbrella is so wide, you really need to make sure it is properly weighted and positioned, especially if you live somewhere windy or stormy. I would not leave it open during bad weather. Overall, I am happy with this umbrella. It gives a ton of shade, looks good in the yard, and feels sturdy once it is set up. Just know ahead of time that it is large, heavy, and much easier to manage with two people. For the amount of coverage it provides, though, I think it is worth it.. Shauna. Tampa, FL. Tue Jun 16 2026
