I had searched for stemless acrylic wine glasses. This came up in my search where I typed in ACRYLIC or Plastic stemless wine glasses, and they looked a lot like some I bought years ago elsewhere so I ordered. They are quite nice, and were packaged very well with heavy cardboard between each and large borders around the outside edges to avoid breakage. My only issue is, they are GLASS. I was so excited to find exactly what I needed, I didn't notice that things that came up in my very specific search were glass and not acrylic. Oh well. Since it isn't really worth spending the money to return them at my cost, I will keep them and be much more careful about reading descriptions before clicking the order button. My fault.. Julia. The design is genius! Use as a conventional wine glass or flip it over to be used as candleholders. The only reason I gave this glass 4 starts is because the rim is squared oppose to rounded. Ok, I tried the glasses with ice and without ice and if you get these, you need to have ice in them, otherwise the frozen gel melts pretty quickly. The pics show one glass with ice, and the other one shows how half of the glass has already melted in just a few minutes. So, if you want to bring them outside on a hot day, you’d be better off with an insulated hydro flask bottle. I like the look of them because they are nice looking, and will definitely add an extra little chill for indoors, but it’s too hot in the summer where I live so I’ll stick with my insulated metal cups.
